Pride
This week is Pride Week in my city.
I picked up a free programme last night and although there are no pride parades planned there are quite a few events around the city. These include Pimps and Prostitutes Party, A Queer Beauty Pageant, Information and Cheese Evening with NZ Police Diversity Liason Officers, Pride Week Dinners, Friday Night Drinks Party at the local Hotel and a Car Trial. Also we must not forget Gay Bingo with Miss Diva!
It's all happening here.

I might go to an event to support it. The police event looks good.....afterall we all love a man in uniform dont we?

i concur. i have two very capable hands that can support an officer in or out of uniform. they would only have to me ask once. you must obey the law, right?

I spoke as the guest speaker at one of the Pride events last night which was fun!
An "information and cheese" evening???
Also- I thought you kiwi's would have had a 'vicars and tarts' theme rather than 'pimps and hos'

christchurch has a pride week? i used to live there as a kid.
btw, jus found ur site from whisper in the void. very few gay ppl in nz blog (as far as i know)...looking forward to reading more
